Maybe it's just me, but like... seeing that disagree on @HollySisk gorgeous outfit kinda sealed the deal. No one deserves that, especially not on that cute of a look. @HollySisk just wanna say: But like, the constant drama, uptick in disagree trolls, sub-quality clothes, and how glu has been treating us here recently really has begun to sour my love for kkh. No game should feel like it's sucking your heart and soul out for 3 pixels. But this game does. I put in so much effort every week and it feels completely pointless. It's honestly beginning to make me see everyone else in my trendsetters as enemies and not competitors. I hate that, I hate thinking that way. Just earlier this week I let my paranoia and anxiety take over and falsely accused two people of buying tickets because it's such a common occurrence that you just kinda expect it.Ā Now I feel like a piece of sht, and if y'all two are reading this, words can't describe how sorry I am. So Glu please stop driving your customers away. This game is time consuming, expensive and frustrating. Everyone has already said it but games should be fun and an escape not a draining chore. Iāve been feeling burnt out myself lately and can barely keep up with the forum which is one of my favorite parts of being in this community. EverythingĀ @SisSnappedLikeThanos said was exactly right please listen and make changes because you have such a dedicated batch of players but if you would make even the slightest changes you could make a world of difference and bring you even MORE dedicated players. Youāve had members here (@SisSnappedLikeThanos!!!) literally ILLUSTRATE ideas for you and I want to believe behind the scenes some work is being done but update after update seeing the worst parts of the game being kept the same is discouraging and making me lose faith. Iām not as eloquent as others here so I apologize for this mess but seeing someone so sweet getting beat down like this is heartbreaking I have to rant about this.
Also @SisSnappedLikeThanos Iād love to be able to say things will change with the SYS in the update but honestly itās so inherently flawed I think realistically itās always gonna be noticeably biased. And youāre right, it creates a sense of paranoia about the perceived āenemyā. And itās a great way for Glu to get their coin so even more so Iām sceptical of any change coming. Even outside of ticket buyer tensions: people are incentivised to vote for the popular look which I think is why a lot of great on theme looks posted here score lower than deserved.Ā
The blonde/blue eyed thing, yiiiiiiikes. Iām glad you mentioned it. I personally made my doll look like myself so Iām very conscious of having to change my features to score better.
So I kinda feel like, if itās so flawed and itās not making you happy itās hard to ask you to stay. But outside of that Iāve really enjoyed you adding positively to the forum, particularly your edits, but also uplifting other players.Ā Maybe some day the forum and the game will return to being fully enjoyable, and you can then return too š

I've been away for a month travelling and whilst I still looked at the game on weekends, I didnt fret about missing an item. And not doing the midweek events was blissful! And TS still makes me grind my teeth in frustration, but I've just accepted now that Glu won't change it and getting heated up about a virtual hairstyle or clothing item just isn't worth it.Ā

thing is, why would glu change anything when they are making money and cashing in on the bidding frenzies and TS unfairness? I get that we want them to be nice to us as long standing players but as a business they are doing it ārightā even if it SUCKS for all of us. People buy tickets, they buy into the diamond concept even though we complained that it was unfair and greedy to introduce a new currency (and super shady to not update the throwback boxes available for stars and instead put items in the voting booths for diamonds only... glu, we see you) we were upset about kollections and how useless kash is etc but glu want to make money. Iām never surprised by anything they do. Upset and frustrated? Sure. The wings coming in a future TS event is super annoying but it MAKES SENSE from a business model point of view to put the item people want most in the pay to play spot of the event. I get it. I hate it, but I get it.Ā
I truly believe the only way they will rethink is if we stop spending money BUT no one will do that because they want the items which I totally get but, you know. Whilst we complain but continue to pay, our complaints are LITERALLY pointless. I know some people disagree but itās true, saying āIām angry, glu suck, this isnāt fairā whilst still handing over Ā£Ā£ defeats the point of the complaint as glu still win and have no incentive to change. Get money? Get a complaint and money? Theyāre still getting money, they donāt care!Ā
There are lots of ways glu could make things fairer; TS cap, kash kollections now and again, more ways to earn diamonds but I just canāt see it happening - maybe itās the cynic in me! All I know is that tons of people are buying stars and diamonds and tickets and still complaining and it feels contradictory to me; I know you can hate the game and not the player but the players dictate the game in that they wouldnāt flog bad practices so enough of us are spending to keep it going. There is something that has been bothering me for a while, but itās a tricky issue to talk about, however with all the recent comments and dissatisfaction being expressed I feel like I have to say this. I am not saying this on a personal level, individuals aside, I am saying this objectively. Glu employees should not be competing in events for players and taking rewards from players (paying customers). Ā I understand it is helpful for Glu to see issues from a players perspective, but Glu employees should not be ārewardedā with prizes meant for players.
Ok so Iām definitely not going to be getting the last earnable as I highly doubt my last look is gonna get 56 votes, so Iām just gonna do a daft look. If anyone is looking for any particular items on iOS, if Iāve got them I can submit in about 5 hours so get your requests in!Ā
