Everybody should absolutely keep complaining in the meantime, so they see how many people were affected and how serious the issue is. These problems are ridiculous and have a lot of people beyond upset, again, and we deserve to have voices heard and problems solved. Just don’t expect a response or anything for like at least 10 hours...
Not trying to downplay your post btw. Nothing against you, just something I don’t think everyone realizes. Last time this happened I saw a lot of posts shocked there was no compensation or statement given yet after a few hours, but it was still the middle of the night. We can be mad at glu for a million things, but we can’t be mad that they aren’t a 24/7 service

although i wasn’t affected much by this shit show because i did submit my last look about 5 hours before the event ended, im actually still infuriated for everyone else and for the fact that this happened for the second time in less than a month. i honestly can’t wait to see what their “compensation” will be so i can decide whether or not to keep playing. no shade here, but i honestly wonder if kalinda and eggs convey exactly how angry we are and how bad these issues are to the rest of the glu team. i have NEVER come across a company with such bad customer service. so i find it hard to believe that glu is fully aware and they just dont give a shit. this definitely could be the case and if it is then they are digging their own grave at this point.

1) Give the prizes to the players whose looks never received votes. And for once, make it easy, rather than the Iron Man Triathlon of bland runarounds, deliberately-missing-the-point responses and passive-aggressive "it's not our problem" BS your customer service team can be trusted to deliver in response to any in-game support ticket.
2) Increase the rewards for voting. I have no life. I say this, because I've spent a truly embarrassing number of hours voting. And I always keep track of how many stars I've earned in a day. And across multiple formats, countless weeks and months, I have realized that the maximum number K-Stars it's possible to earn through voting in one day is 12. That's just not enough. It should be 20-25.
Glu, you're getting a ton of Lunchmeat's Lunch Money. But we're doing it for a maximum of 12 k-stars. And that's if we're bored/desperate/cheap enough to vote. This is not enough. You know what 12 k-stars gets you in this game? Nothing. And you know this better than anyone because you guys are the ones who keep jacking up the prices on everything so that we're paying 800 k-stars to complete a Kollection.
3) Voting as gatekeeping. Change the rules so that before any player can submit one ticket, they must complete five rounds of voting. Because based on the laggy server and increased delays, Lunchmeat Lips and other ticket buyers are basically flooding the queue 6 tickets at a time and not voting enough to offset the stress on the system.
4) Transparency Talk to us like we're human. That's it. This is a tough time for all of us. Finances are tight. We're stuck at home. If you can't do something for various reasons, just explain it to us, rather than turning into a Hill & Knowlton Damage Control AI with selective hearing that has achieved sentience.
This is a very reasonable, well-articulated comment that neatly outlines the core issues. Number 3 is such a good point in that someone sending 20 tickets and barely voting is going to clog the booth, as can happen in the 11th hour during ticketing wars. This almost definitely contributes to the problems users are having with their votes. I imagine the idea is that the off-theme looks submitted by TBs will make properly styled looks vote more favourably, but as TBs collect valuable items like gowns the gap becomes bigger.
But Number 4 is by far the most important, in my opinion. We get that there's no easy-fix solution and there are conflicts between the concept of "fairness" and the money/time/effort people spend in the game. Honesty would go a long way for a lot of players regardless of whether improvements can/should be made.

Last time, they just thought some trash stars and diamonds could compensate for the loss. But it's more than that. It's a matter of players' right, transparency and of course your real money. Like, what if this happens again, and our own money again goes right away out of the window without no purposes. If Glu doesn't fix this or doesn't offer any sincere apology or event proper compensation, I will stop playing the game because I don't want to waste my money on things that don't work.
Ended this event 6th place just bc I checked the forum before and submitted my last look more than 1h before the event ends. It took exactly 1h to finish votes.

I actually bought 6 tickets and had one extra ticket, so all 7 looks were not counted... at this point, I really just want my money back because this was the very first time I actually spent money on the game yet this money has been swallowed up. No matter what the company does, it has already destroyed the trust and faith that we ever had for the game.

Also, my anger and frustration is not a personal attack against the humans behind “Eggs” and “Kalinda” and I hope they realize that. I’m sure they are aware that their job comes with the unfortunate responsibility of moderating player feedback for their company. As a paying customer for several years I personally am DONE with pretending that this game doesn’t suck to play because they never seem to get things fixed.
I reached out to Glu customer service when this occurred and so far here is their garbage 💩 response, basically are they saying we have to wait for “Eggs” and “Kalinda” to get back into the office because Glu isn’t smart enough to give CS the authority to just FIX the problem when someone’s money is being scammed right out of their account by a poorly made game?

Now that I’m sitting & thinking about this more, I’m actually super confused. So during the infamous femme fatale SYS, this happened & we all pretty much assumed it was due to the glitch where people were getting unlimited free tickets. That made sense, because it would cause so much more traffic in the booth. But as far as I was aware, there was no glitch this SYS. & ticket buyers have been submitting loads of tickets at the end of the event since ticket buying started, so that’s not new & shouldn’t clog up the booth to this extent. I mean normally, looks go immediately in during the last couple hours. So why the heck was the booth so slow the last couple hours this week?
Went to sleep with 2 of my looks at 0 and scared they wouldn’t finish but thankfully they did so 12-14 looks
I had 3 tb in my group but I ended 3rd🥳 loving the dress

At the end I also spent an extra ticket to mantain my fairly achieved position and this morning I wake up second! This is frustrating. The SYS event in my country ends at three in the morning, so I cannot wait till the end! It's not even about spending extra tickets! I would have done It, but I don't think it's healthy for me to wait till the 3.00 a.m. for playing a game. So pissed. I am gonna stop playing of the game's gonna remain this unfair. And, uh, Lola, screw you!!!

Guys, if you were affected just lodge a support ticket with Glu. They just gave me the first place prizes even though I explained that I probably would have been 5th, and just wanted the dress that I would have rightfully earned if my last looks had been scored. More than made up for the glitches 😁
I felt like I did really well in this event. I was able to score over 600 votes in total without buying any tickets, but still ended up in 11th place. 😭
I was very lucky with my TS group again this week, so happy to be 1st! As a beginner it’s always nice to win nice clothes 😊 For me it also took very long to receive the scores, it took about 2 hours...
On the other side I feel bad for other dolls who also did their best with the looks and played a fair game. I hope Glu will fix the problem, so that this can be fun for everyone.

I scored great this SYS but I knew that I wouldn’t get that hair anyways due to TB. Sometimes it makes me not wanting to play SYS because I know that second TS prize would be taken by TB, often with worse or off-themed clothes... You can literally buy them if you have enough money and not even staying with theme. That’s f up.

Some of my looks I liked this week. After the 3pm ticket in my group...no one submitted any more tickets so the scores remained the same at the end. Ended up in third place. Highest score was 54 and lowest was 41.
