Game wouldn’t open/Lost resources

Anyone else having this problem. I went to collect my prizes from SYS when the game started to glitch. I restarted the game but same thing happened. So I restarted my device and tried opening the game. This time it said the game couldn’t connect to the network. I decided to give it some time to correct its self and try again later. All my other apps are working so it was clearly just this one game. I tried again hours later and it still won’t open. Is this an issue with the game or just my account. If it’s just me what can I do to rectify the issue?

Same thing happening to me I thought it was my internet connection and I restarted my router several times but I have good ping so it wasn't that I tried everything on my end to open the game to collect the squad box and I came here to see if I was the only one

Same here! I haven’t collected my prizes yet 😭 I hope they fix the problem quickly

I've also been having the same issue for the past 3 hours. I was almost finished with an 8 hour task and I'm sooooo annoyed. Tried restarting the app and my phone, but everything else is working just fine.  I finally figured out how to contact Glu and just reported this issue.  Hopefully it can be fixed sooner rather than later!

Same here😭, I’m on iPhone. WiFi of 4G had no effect. Hope they can fix it soon!

Same!! my friend uses her ipad and started a tasked right before she got kicked. She restarted and updated her ipad and i updated my iphone too but literally nothing

I am connected to WiFi and don't have any problems with it....

Same here. I tried on wifi and 5g and not working. I hope i will be able to get the current SYS prizes before the new SYS TB 😔😕

I’m happy to see at least I’m not the only one. When I first came on the forum and didn’t see any messages I got concerned but I figured I’d ask first before I panicked lol. Thank you reassuring me that I’m not the only one everyone.

I think we get the prices automatically even tho we don't collect them, not sure but i think so.

(if we didn't collect them before the next sys starts)

edit; before this started i had collected my SYS prize for 12th place… then it somehow moved me down to 14th ?? but i still collected an item that would’ve been for 12th.

Me too! I checked Wi-Fi, 4g, which are working on everything else except the game. I haven’t collected SYS prizes yet as just waking up! Hopefully it’s fixed ASAP!

Ok it just let me in but I can’t get into sys and my diamonds have gone from 70 to 8?!
