It's absolutely RIDICULOUS that we're stuck opening and waiting on support tickets instead of PLAYING A GAME. I mean, are we players with normal lives or testers?! You'd think experiencing a gigantic glitch only 2 days ago would've caught their attention, butĀ no.Ā We're back to it again, back to square one.
The most FRUSTRATING thing of all is when these lazy customer service guys give us pretyped messages and blame US for the whole thing.
Please, everyone, please just stop paying and giving them your money! The more we pay, the more they'll ignore us. I'm not a freaking cash cow. No one is. So stop freaking treating us like this because eventually, we'll all reach our breaking points and go bonkers. I love the game but I am absolutely despising andĀ disgustedĀ at this so-called hopeless "management". This is absolutelyĀ nothingĀ against Koko or Kalinda or whoever gives us this information. Nothing against them in the slightest; if anything, I've always had nothing but immense love and respect for them for informing us whenever possible.Ā My frustration is on the greedy, money-hungry people who sit in their AC rooms and expect players to pay when they don't even do the BASIC testing they need to do before releasing an update. If I have to deal with these frustrating glitches thrice a week, on TOP of the idiots who constantly blame ME for my "internet and storage", I think it's best to just leave this game altogether. While I have been a loyal and loving player for a decent amount of time, I don't come here to be disrespected, invalidated, and ignored. I don't freaking deserve it, no one does, especially when I see so many other games who treat me kindly even whenĀ I'mĀ the one at fault. Hear that Glu? They don't blame me! Which is something I've yet to see from you.
So many other games bless their players with an unbelievable amount of rewards for every glitch that occurs. If anything, these games cherish their players enough to the point that even these extreme rewards are really undeserving. I'm always happy when other games reward me, but most of the time, I'm in awe because even I know the glitches aren't worth the developers giving us a gazillion energy or resources. But this game? Ugh. This game can't even take responsibility when ITS the one at fault. How ridiculous and disgusting.Ā
And don't even GET meĀ startedĀ on screenshots. I'm not responsible for stalking my own game. That's your responsibility to keep logs. What theĀ hellĀ is the point of an ID then if we need to do your work for you???

I was demoted from gold to bronze 1 for this SYS. Has this issue been resolved for anyone? This sucks because ever since I started playing again in the beginning of the year Iāve been looking forward to anything Halloween related, including a potential Halloween SYS..
Iām from Sweden so I donāt know how stuff like this works in the US, but if this was a swedish company Iād cause complete mayhem and demand actual money back from them, since Iāve payed quite a lot of money to stay between silver 3 and gold 1 in pretty much every SYS.

Just coming on to add to this mess. my diamonds and dyes are all at 0, and my tickets reset to 2 and my extra ticket that I got in a diamond box is gone.Ā
At this rate I'm scared I'm going to have to take screenshots of my game daily just in case I lose any of my items. It's so anxiety inducing! I just want to play my game and not worry about disappearing itemsĀ

My mental health has been in a burning trash can for about 4/5 years but in the last few months, I've realized that it's been at it's worse when it dawned on me that some things that happened a few yrs ago, shouldn't have happened. This game was a little bit of a distraction/reassurance and so was the forum. But the glitches, bugs, rigged voting, rigged boxes, the fact that every update has THE BARE MINIMUM or sometimes even nothing to bring to the table, the non existence of representation for other minorities in both characters and clothing and so on so fortĀ make it so hard to even enjoy it. I'm no computer genius but I'm sure that this amount of glitches and crashing shouldn't be normal. Especially when the majority of the people who complain about this issues, have new devices or ones that have been out for 2 yrs max. This is so overwhelming and upsetting to see it happen atleast twice a month and the most that we get is a few k stars (IF we're lucky, some diamonds). Players shouldn't feel guilty/disappointment for playing a game. This isn't fair. AT. ALL.
I had saved 5 tickets I won from diamonds boxes and now I only have 4. Also, 30 of my diamonds are missing, I had 41 yesterday and now it only shows 11 š I honestly feel like crying right now
Edit: Just checked and some of my dyes are gone too š
Edit again: found a screenshots I took last night and I'm actually missing 32 diamonds š I'm so worried we might not get back our stuff
I lost 13 diamonds, my sys timer is frozen and hundreds of pink, purple, champagne, ice blue and gold dyes are missing. @KalindaKing can you please tell us how the team is fixing this?

It looks like after my votes are tabulated Iāll finally be placed back correctly in Gold. But I donāt have the correct amount of diamonds (21 instead of 30) or any of my extra saved tickets. Luckily I have a screen shot to prove it. My timer is also gone so technically I donāt even know if I was supposed to submit a look or not. I really am a very patient person when it comes to technical difficulties, because I understand shit happens, but this has gotten out of hand. How many sysā in a row are we going to deal with this? Not all of us are obsessively taking screen shots to prove how much currency we had and we shouldnāt have to in the first place.Ā

I agree. Itās ridiculous we have to screenshot everything for proof. Itās a game we should enjoy and relax. But we keep getting struggles and stress.Ā
