Completely agree with you. As a free player it's even harder to get diamonds so I constantly feel like I need to save them. I wanted the kpop DB hair and heart handheld so much but each time I opened a box, I got dyes. I tried again this week, even though I didn't really like the prizes, to see if I could get any clothing item from the boxes but i picked dyes again.
Glu needs to either make it easier to get diamonds or remove dyes from boxes like these. I'm tired of getting my hopes up and feeling disappointed each time I pick dyes. I'm either saving my dyes to open these boxes or buy things in the voting booth. I can't do both.

As this is the most active chat atm I want to ask something 
I spin Diamond Kollection and my game froze, I had to close and open it again. Now it let me spin for free (I was charged the first time) but the prize icons wasn’t moving as they usually do, it was stuck on one prize that I eventually got.
Really unfair as it’s clearly was a glitch, I didn’t had any chance  to get other items.
I have sc! (I thought I might need to contact support if my diamonds disappears and I won’t get anything) is there a point to contact support or…?

At first I wasn't too thrilled that the diamond hair is so voluminous but flat on top.. And then i realized my own hair irl is always flat on top hahaha. Now I love it❤️

Send in a ticket! I’d just screenshot your ticket number and the Home Screen showing how many looks you’ve submitted. This happened to me last SYS, and they fixed it pretty quickly. Good luck! 🤞
