I look at it this way, you'll either buy stars eventually (next week? lol) or when there is a sale on items........but if you buy today you're getting more stars. So, even though I bought stars in 2 games earlier this week (like thursday and YESTERDAY)lol. I bough again because who doesn't like MORE? Especially on a sale. I don't charge, I fill the accounts with game cards, so what ever is in the house, is my max to spend. I shake my head because I started out the week with so much.........and now. well one account has 15 cents. lol. So, if it's inevitable that you buy stars.........I'd do it when they're on sale.

Hello everyone :-) I've been reading the forums for ages but not managed to post before.
I'd decided that after I'd finished my first comeback I was going to try and reach the top of the Top Couples list. This weekend has helped :-) Am currently 9th but running out of money so might do story event next to fund a couple more dates.
I'm frustrated I don't have the money to buy stars today, but I guess I need to be sensible. Hopefully there will be another discount next month when I can afford more.
Some of your outfits are amazing! I've got all the event heart items and won the bag from the gift box. The sunglasses are my favourites as I'm a massive fan of purple. Is the best colour.

hI. PolkaDot - Sale ends 9 hours from the time of this post. Oh, is it possible it's only for the United States? Go up to the Star Shop in your game and the boxes of packages will have the increased number of stars . Like for 20$ instead of 220 stars the package gives you 275. 50 Extra for the regular price.
Tell me if you see it, or if anyone outside the US sees the Star sale.

Done! It came down to the wire this time, but both games won everything! Yay. My real-life weekend was so hectic that I wasn't sure I could win either game!

Or crazy obsessiveness, either one! But I love the suits for the guy game, so even though he never had a single date longer than 2 hours all weekend <?!?> I kept pushing along. At one point my three year old was gleefully completing a date while I made our dinner. I don't want the kids to get tech-obsessed, but made an exception right before dinner. Unfortunately she got my guy engaged, so I'll just have to be a j e r k and let the time run out on the 24 hour/3 dates marriage run-up thingy. What a cad!
My husband and I had a wonderful time. After all thanks to both of our busy schedules we barely have time for each other. Makes me wonder if I'm fit to adopt a child. This maybe the last weekend we'll have together by ourselves. Actually this is the longest I had with anyone in this game. About four months strong! As you can see, we've spent some time in Milan enjoying the apartment we currently thinking about raising our children. IF we have any. No guarantees! Hopefully they won't be too much of a damper on our schedule.

Everyone looks great! I only made it to the shoes and the sunglasses but I'm okay with that Jesse is receiving so many break up calls today it's very comical! He went on a dating rampage this weekend...multiple NPC women, whew. And he threw a divorce party. He's going to enjoy the single life for a while and "focus on his career" (that's what celebs always say after a breakup right?!). The media had a frenzy with him dating all those ladies back to back though. Very fun.
Naimonster - thanks! And, thanks, to you and Koko for the answers about the sale. I went ahead and got some but I'm gonna try to make them last. But I also got a bunch of friend invitations and gifted those people...that's where most of it goes! And houses and furniture. I wish I knew if they all got their gifts. Some wear them right away - most don't.
Oh and if there's something in your closet you'd like the most Naimonster feel free to PM it to me. I can't recall offhand which gift I sent you. I usually just go on a whim. Or what the person is wearing already.

I just went on a few short dates with a random NPC guy. I seem to mostly get the NPCs with the olive skin clashing with the light pink hair, and mismatched shirts with crazy shorts...no socks, of course; and loafers or sneakers. It's not a good look! My doll is embarrassed to be seen with them...She was relieved to break up with him. Lol (And he was one of the better looking ones.)

I enjoyed a lot the new hair color of Stellan, but if he does more than one application of this dark color will be difficult for him to get back to his dark blond signature!
Vats, you're always funny and sweet! My own hair is just about black (blue-black?) so I'd have no idea about maintaining blond hair. Thanks for the warning, though. I'll keep an eye on the situation.
I always have one or another amateur tip on hair coloring, my hair began to grow white when I was 16 so I've played a little bit with it. This week before traveling I want to change my hair I'll ask my colorist some highlights, I hope my hair can handle it.
