I also like that the first time Kim calls and asks you what you're doing, you're given the option to tell her you're working before she asks you to meet at Kendall's. I know people complained about always being at Kim's beck and call, and having no option but to tell her you're not doing anything whenever she asks, so it's nice to see Glu listening to us and giving us that small opportunity to assert ourselves!
I got what I wanted in the free giftbox and there wasn't any KCash in mine!
Does this mean Glu heard our petition and removed the cash option or was this just luck? Tell me if you guys have the cash option in your giftboxes!
Unfortunately no. I used to spend a LOT of real money on this game so when I restarted I did so with a very large amount of Kstars which I basically hoarde for weekend events and in hopes of another throwback! Enough that I have opened enough boxes to have all the gift box items in less ham 30 minutes and in doing so quite a few of my boxes had $4,000. And yet again I went through several tries where the boxes had none of the special items from this event. So annoying.

Oh well that's sad to hear. I was thinking of opening another giftbox to try to get the red Nike rosches but I probably won't now... If I can control myself. At least I got the main giftbox item I wanted and I love the red flannel that is the event prize!

It is weird that they added the male's look from the update teaser in this event but not the women's.. Maybe this means we have one more weekend event before the update? Or that those clothes will be apart of the weekend event in the next update.
After not being able to open the game for weeks because Chrome won't load it and Firefox crashes I will finally get some new clothes since I missed out on 3 past events.

I think the 3 hour ones as you get 12 event points plus whatever you get from the small talk, and then the 8 hour ones give you 20 event points I think. I could do one whole 3 hr party on 43 energy so maybe they changed it so it isn't so hard?
I also got the following in my boxes. Not event items but at least it isn't that **** cash! Avoided it this week at least.
• 20 event stars 8hr party
• 1 event star per guest
• no gift box items
• Earned gift box
• 12 event stars per 3hr party
• 2 stars per guest
• 3 bonus points (1 gift box item earrings)
