Yesterday i ended in 2nd place because my ticket never got its votes. I just went back into my game to check and now it says iâm in first place, so i went to check my closet but i still donât have the hair in my closet. So it says i won it but nothing actually changed lol.Â

I didnât collect the prizes last night cause I was pissed and I ended up send a ticket to support. When I came back into my game I was gifted the hair (thank you for that) but the votes also mysteriously came in and it changed my ranking to 2nd? Where did those votes come from? I was also able to claim the earnable dress. Did this happen to anyone else?

I work in a customer service call centre and comparing this to the way we handle day to day situation is absolutely shocking and a joke
it would cost Glu nothing to gift everyone the hair as a way of apologising for the glitches in the game - which have been apparent in previous sys events- and then add extra an extra ticket/s back to those who paid for them and lost them due to the glitch situation. In my opinion that way everyone wins
sometimes as a company and a business you have to admit you have made a mistake and offer compensation to everyone affected, which is now pretty much every doll in the game considering that the TS prizes have just been dished out at random depending on what CS advisor you spoke to.
and the fact that Glu have failed to address this issue here on the forum speaks volumes about their values and how they work as a business, and proves that they do not care about their players - most of which have been playing and giving them money for a LONG TIME - there is no rapport with customers and fans of the game, and to me that is a failing business sorry đ and without that rapport there will be no loyalty amongst the playersÂ
alot of people put a lot of time and money into this game (myself included), and unfortunately from now on I probably wonât, the fact this has happened twice within a few weeks of eachother, and both times the customer services has been sporadic and dismissive is unforgivable đ đťââď¸

@dotti_h Hold up! Iâm not saying the ticket system is right. I think everyone who has played this game has been burnt by Glu. And honestly the game has been ruined by the introduction of tickets. I myself refused to purchase tickets at first. I only started to justify it when they introduced The Triple Threat bundle, mostly because of the diamonds and even then itâs not a straightforward win.
Either way your anger should be with Glu, not the players. Iâm annoyed that I donât stand a chance of placing in the top 3 without additional tickets because of the endless ticket buyers each weekend. But more fool me. I played Gluâs game and got burnt. Fact.

So I know all of u gonna hate me now.  But I contacted Glu. I was mad in the morning after seeing everyone getting them.because we all deserve to win. Same thing happened to me! But now I'm wondering what the actual function of the 2 minutes for "calculating final results" is, if we aren't placed in the correct spots regardless lol? Â Like even though we couldn't see our votes, shouldn't the game have been able to place us in the correct spots if they had the votes all along??? #confused Â
Glu won't give the prizes to everyone because they have no confidence in themselves to remove the glitches. So if they give everyone the prizes without them messaging support, the next time this happens (which... it's pretty damn often these days) everyone will expect the same.
And if they admit there's an ongoing ticket glitch, it might discourage ticket buyers spending money. Can't have that can we?đ
