I got enough stars for the dress for the witch costume before the timer ran out but still didn’t get the dress? The event just disappeared before I could receive it. It was very frustrating because I spent money on stars to get energy to finish an event in time to get it before the time did run out. I finished with like a minute to spare and still didn’t get it. I was very upset.
Try sending a message to support or Kalinda. Did you take screenshots? If not, always always ALWAYS take them. Many times they have helped dolls get what they missed out on since they had proof. I hope support gives you the outfit. 😕
