Her having a lot of kstars means nothing. Items were half off she wanted her items half off aswell and not full price. I assume everyone was being cheap this week and greedy

First 5 employees told me that there's a technical issue, then 4 days later they came up with the lie, that the sale isn't for everyone and it's random, which is absolutely not true. I have all the advertisement and nowhere it's stated that the sale will be for a selected group of player. I play for 6 years and always had it! It's extremely shady. The support team was arrogant and closed my tickets twice without replying. I have screenshots of everything

No. The 4th day of the sale, after they admitted that they had a technical issue, they came out with another lie, that the sale isn't for everyone and jt was intentional. I gave up already and canceled my VIP subscription. While people enjoyed the sale, I spent 4 days going back and forth with the customer service, trying to understand why is this happening. After everything, they closed my ticket. I opened another one and they closed that one as well.
They should give you some free kstars or something in my opinion to make up for the fact you didn't get the sale. I've not seen any other players experience not having the sale, it seems like you are the only one that has experienced this. I think it was a glitch honestly.. If it was intentional, that is also wrong to advertise that there will be a sale and then not allow everyone on the platform to take part in the sale.

Absolutely! I had the advertisement and for the 6 years of playing, this was the first time without a sale for me. They compensated me with 40 energy which is absurd. Also if it was an intentional thing, why would they compensate me in the first place. Also I asked them to show me where exactly it's mentioned that the sale would be for random players... no answer. I'm sure it was a glitch and they were embarrassed that they can't fix it , so they came up with the lie. Unfortunately the sale is over and with the 40 energy they gave me, I shot two reality shows and got 2 K stars, instead of saving hundreds from purchases.

What the... I was complaining about lip colors not going on sale for the whole weekend and was pissed about not getting a clear answer from anyone and now this! Horrible! They should repeat the sale for your game specifically and repeat lip color sales for everyone, that is what I would call compensation.

Everyone was waiting for this weekend to spend their k-stars, it wasn't just you. Having lots of k-stars doesn't mean you have to spend them without a sale, that wouldn't compensate you in any way. That's literally what a sale is for. Your feelings are valid and you have every right to be angry. I feel like they don’t even try to make costumers happy, even the ones like you who spends a lot of money on their game! Energy as compensation is bs, they should give you exclusively the sale even if it’s just for one day. So this is basically the whole story. I have videos to prove the chronological order also to show my kloset. @KalindaKing added some dyes and 15 diamonds to my account, but also didn't reply further and help with the resolution. I'm extremely disappointed.

I don't understand what their "criteria" is? This is the first time I see someone experiencing this, I have never heard about a "criteria" for the sale before. It makes no sense and I wish someone could explain this properly. Their answers are vague, confusing and absurd.
If this was intended, then why were they trying to fix it at first? They were saying that "they were working on the issue" and "hoping for the best". And why were you receiving advertisement for the sale, if you weren't part of the selected players? Nothing about this makes any sense. Glu needs a better customer support.
