Hi.  If you are crashing, please post your platform, device, level and gender in game, and I’ll reach out for Support.  Please also describe the issue - won’t load, crashes when I vote, etc.   thanks

    First i couldnt open my game with a message to look into Wi-Fi, now i can open It, but cant submit any tickets... Android, Lenovo vibe k5, level 79, female.

    I can’t open my game it says try again everytime I try to open it. There’s no problem with my wifi

    iOS iPhone, female, level 25. same as everyone else, says try again when I go to open the game. One time I was able to get in and tried to get into SYS it booted me back into the city. No problem with my wifi either

    Android, Galaxy Note 9, 52, female. At first I couldn't get into the game at all but now I'm finally in and it won't let me submit my look for sys, I try clicking on my previous looks and it doesn't come up it just says 0. The voting booth won't load. And it won't let me dye anything. It says it can't connect but my wifi is working fine.

    Hi my game is crashing : iOS iPhone, level 35, female doll. The game would not load at all (my wi-fi is completely fine), and now I can't collect the gift from daily boxes nor exit it. I also have issues with playing kollections and can't vote in SYS. Thank you!

    They’re working on it, and soon we’ll all breathe a sigh of relief, when our games go back to normal.  Thanks for your  patience, hopefully wr’ll ge good agsin doon. ;)
