Why have I suddenly placed 5th in Bronze with 82 points when I was in 1st place in Gold with 624 points?! I am getting really sick of Glu, I still haven’t received my missing tickets, dye and diamonds either!!ve

I was demoted from silver III to bronze I and glu just told me to wait. now the SYS is over, I never heard back from them and idk if I should open my prizes already or wait until they give me the ones corresponding silver III? does anyone know if I open my 3 boxes right now, they'll give me the fourth one as compensation later on or will they just tell me I already claimed my prizes so they can't do anything about it?

It also seems like support gave me one too many free tickets. 😅 I’m not going to use it since it won’t change my TS ranking and I don’t want them to take an extra ticket away, but I wonder how many others they gave this to.
They gave me an extra too. But i didnt use it hopefully i will see it in the next sys with my other 2
These were my last 5 looks for the SYS, with all my scores I got in 22nd place in Silver III so I only got cash, now let's wait and see how the next SYS goes. I really hope they managed to fix all the issues regarding the wrong tiers and the lost diamonds and tickets so that we can all enjoy the game and let the frustrations go away
So with the boxes I opened today, I have every item in the bronze and silver boxes EXCEPT this yellow coat right here, that supose to be in a bronze box. But I have never seen it, and didnt found it in the encyclopedia either.
Did someone already get this yellow coat in a bronze box?
