• I contacted the customer support. they said it's due to network discrepancy and i shd connect to a stronger wifi but what does it have to do with items disappearing?????? Does anyone have the same situation?

• got set back to level 17 when i shd be at level 20+. clothes, hairstyles, accessories gone and i contacted the customer support. they said it's due to network discrepancy and i shd connect to a strongrr wifi but what does it have to do with items disappearing??????

• Same here!! I was at level 20+ and at least $100K but when I opened the game a few days ago (although I haven't opened it for a while), many of my clothes/hairstyles/shoes/accessories that I bought or won from quests are gone!! Can anyone help?
