Well I got an email back saying my account was reported due to unusual activity which I have no clue what that means. And that they’re not fixing the game at this time. So I guess I’m saying good bye everyone! It was nice knowing you all. I’ve restarted so many times I’d just rather not and I don’t wanna put anymore money…
@crystalgwkkh @AriaMarie I wrote glu from my personal email and attached my game ID so they could look into my game. Mine isn’t shared or bought. I will let y’all know what they say once I get a response. I got an email this morning showing proof they’re working on it.
Some aren’t so lucky to get back in their games even for a few minutes like I was. Is Glu going to give everyone points or the event items because they’re not answering and now no one can play the event?! That’s really not fair.
Aww I’d miss you too. Earlier I was able to sit on the waiting screen for a few minutes and it let me in and I was able to do some previous weekend gigs and a few dates and finished the event. So I sat on that loading screen - let me in after 10 minutes and I got one gig started .. it cut off and went back to that screen .. I waited for 40 minutes and it didn’t work.. completely closed the app and it went in almost instantly with that screen only on for maybe 2 minutes.. I finished that gig and did another old…
I was about to comment the same thing. I waited about 10 minutes and got in to complete half of a gig and then it went back to the screen and sat there for about 40 minutes..
@HollySisk thank you. It’s been almost 24 hours now without a response. Guess I’m done with KKH. My game has never been duplicated or anything. And I don’t have any receipts for my game bc everything in my game was credited back from a previous game because of issues I had buying an previous smc and not receiving it.
@KalindaKing it’s been almost 12 hours now. We’re all probably gonna not complete this event because no one is replying or even trying to help. You’ve been told multiple times were all playing on one device yet you say the same message over and over like you’re a computer. If glu really cares they need to fix this ASAP. Or…
@kokokokonut I understand there suppose to be in the support thread but where is the support when no one will listen when we’ve stated the problem? Like what’s the point in playing this game anymore if they’re gonna keep stating one message without reading that that isn’t the case for several of us?!
@KalindaKing several of us have stated that we’re only playing on one device and you won’t respond to us with anything other then this plain Jane message!
