The cheapest way to play this game by far is buying multiple copies of the green uncommon agents that come up by promotion. By four for 100 gold and you have a good level 3 agent. They do need to add chances to win free high-level cards though, other games do so. Also agreed, common agents do not belong in the paid packs.
...and in case they are planning attack elves, exploding stockings, and midnight burning reindeer for the holidays, maybe they should just add Christmas Jones as a new character card. That'll be fine, thank you.
You have to remember Craig is the only Bond a lot of young fans really know. Revisioning some of the vilains & sidekicks with new models was interesting to me personally. Why they made the known characters such bad game cards is a mystery to me though. Q & Moneypenny are green uncommons? Lame.
...but something else is afoot. Now I have a lvl 2 Vico, Dahab, Patricia plus extra of each and the very rare enhancer. These won't evolve either, even though none of their base cards could have been bought in sterling.
That would be terrible, making it a mistake to buy any agent with sterling as it makes that agent category largely worthless. You can't really avoid training with them either, it's almost an agent trap. This should have been in the game notes if true.
