Agreed, and there's been a bunch of other great ones in 19. If you moved up tiers last year and didnt stay in silver or gold all year Woh rewards were often very good. After I moved to gold Albies, Scioscia, Rizzuto, Mookie and Damon were all awesome for my team building. Then I went Diamond the weekend 510 AVS was the…
The reason they've been nerfing most bxp players the last 2 weeks is simply to devalue them and try to force us to level Primes if we want to improve our lineup
Wasn't it on for 1st pitch of 1st at-bat in CvC then off for the rest of the entry ? Pretty sure I saw that as I remember thinking it made even less sense than it never being active at all
It's definitely doable xp-wise, but you don't have that much evo. If you do it you'll have to forget about leveling your keepers/ml for a while imo (300 evo per keeper and 500 for ML without any discount)
He didn't say hes not good, he said he's not THAT good, and I agree. Arm rate too low, had to be expected as an early 400 SP. His 21.3 K/9 is not impressive, my 385 Buttrey has a 25.3 K/9 rate, mostly from tourneys too
I went Diamond during the weekend after seeing WoH and tourney boxes even though I only had 300k xp. Bought FP, played close to 300 tourneys, cycled WoH 35 times, spent 63k gold (mostly on 500g box). Ended the weekend with five D10 hitters (Kepler, Santana, Garcia, Springer and Marwin), two D10 SPs (Arrieta and Corbin) and…
Your G10 Prime Arraez sure helped you cycle a ton yesterday hehe FWIW I was struggling to stockpile bxp when I was Gold because I couldn't multi cycle WoH easily. Since I went Plat it's actually been easier for me to stash bxp and cap players than when I was Gold, even at 3x the cost and without buying Field Pass.…
This year if you stay Gold you won't be able to cycle HoF 10+ times each monday like last year to stockpile PXP/LXP when we get primes/legends as the tower reward. I may be wrong but this leads me to believe that the gap in pxp/lxp you'll have to get from boxes/specials to cap a prime/legend at P10 vs G10 will be lessened…
You see it as bragging but I don't, I just see it as people sharing how much fun they had and it's also important information for other players. Take myself as example, WoH is my favorite game mode, and in 19 I enjoyed WoH a lot at Gold until I moved to Diamond late in the year. So this year, since I decided I wouldn't go…
In 19 bxp players got stuck at 350 overall for 4 or 5 months though, while primes and legends overalls kept increasing steadily, so the gap widened a lot over the summer/fall
There's a bunch of things I agree should not be talked about here, I just don't think that having a thread with a positive vibe where people talk about how much fun they had over the weekend will change anything at all. Forums members that post here are only a drop in the bucket of TSB players, I'm pretty Glu won't change…
So why did it take them until November in 19 to ramp up WoH difficulty ? I remember seeing a lot of posts on here about how much resources you could gain and how easy it was all summer long, people going Diamond in May since it was so easy to cycle a ton of times, etc
No reason to rage quit, with the 20% weekend stat boost accolade it went very smoothly. Keeper Jose Cruz lost maybe 3 times in 14 cycles at 6.10 (and beat it after video retry everytime he lost) and Matt Olson only lost once there in 12 cycles. And as I said it only cost me 160 gold as 24 of those 26 wins at 6.10 were…
