As Shiro said they should clear but they can also stay there even after you have completed them & collected the reward for goal. Hopefully that doesn't happen but if it does report it by submitting a ticket

Refreshing icloud usually works which has been stated. Also turning off auto lock might do the trick as when the phone locks it seems to reset the progress of the loading bar (it works/happens to me anywho)

If you have iOS, i recommend the step about refreshing your iCloud.
I dont know what exactly helps, but it works normally=)
