They gave me an apron, a premium wheel, and 2 High Roller wheels. They said they couldn't give me any Halloween Wheels because that event expired. Better than nothing I guess, but I'm still frustrated. I'm no computer expert, but it seems like they should be able to fix this.
They just asked me for screenshots as well. I sent them the last one since I can still see it, but I only had 1 other one so I'm probably out of luck too. I also sent them screen shots of this discussion board so they can see I'm not making it up. I am also going to slam them in the reviews on the Play store.

I only keep $100k in coins. I usually only do up to $20k spin, sometimes $40k if it won't take me under $100k coins. The wheel prizes just aren't worth more than that in my opinion. I occasionally go below $100k to purchase a new venue, but it usually doesn't take much time to get back to $100k.

My games have been crashing lately randomly in the middle of episodes. Unfortunately I've lost a couple of good super/VIP customers with this problem. It's not all the time, and there's no rhyme or reason to it. It happens at home on wifi and out and about on cellular. Is anyone else experiencing this?
It freezes patience for a selected customer for a bit. You tap the wand, then wands float over all your customers. You tap one of those floating wands to select the customer whose patience you would like to freeze temporarily.

So today after the 2nd trial ended my counter shows 1 of 3, but it should show 2 of 3. What's even stranger is that it shows this for top 10 and top 20. It should only say this for top 20. It really doesn't matter since I apparently won't be receiving credit for my 1st trial status, but thought it worth mentioning.
This happened to me as well. Customer Care gave me 15 gold, which is nice, but still disappointing. This combined with the empty adventure wheel and mindless repeating episodes to make assigned recipes in small numbered batches are making this series pretty annoying.
