If your on a kindle just go into your games and it should still be there you just download it again and you should still have everything. If not you can put in a request to transfer your old character.

that happened to me a long time ago in a cell phone mmorpg called shade..I actually had to pay 3.00 a month to play. I was heart broken when I got banned. I had to call the company cosmic infinity to find out what was up. I was banned for 30 days for cussing in chat..I miss shade 😉

I had that happen a lot. I made a post about helping out with lag. When I cleared the browser history. Then I cleaned the cache in all apps n shut down ones like Facebook and iheart radio. I had a 194 streak this week. I play on a kindle not an iPad but it should still help a lot.
