3. You can try relaunching the app, it seems that the inspector will randomly jump around venues everytime you start the app. So keep reopening until that !@#$ is at the venue that you want =)

You gotta unlock those stations by defeating up to 5 of the bosses on the boss list, up until you unlock the wishelin star by defeating the wishelin star inspector, until then, if someone challenges you to a chef duel in Chef Arena, all you can do is ignore it and forfeit, losing 3 points is much better than losing more.

You need to be able to serve all your customers for the level (eg. 16 out of 16), recently on the Prato Toscano levels, they push back the VIPs to the very back of the queue (appearing in order), so if you were unable to serve fast enough, they wont appear at all.
