Update: if you’re on iPhone you need to reset advertising identifier, settings > privacy > advertising > reset advertising identifier. This worked for me, can get all 8 videos now after nothing for weeks.

Customer care came back and suggested I do all the same things I’ve already done and said I’m not seeing ads because of my demographic??? Strange that I was seeing ads every day up until 3 weeks ago and now there’s nothing for me

Nope still nothing, I keep trying over and over on both wifi and 4G connections. Customer Care ensures me they’ve raised the issue for review and are keeping the ticket open while waiting for an update. I will continue to try in hope they will eventually come back

I can’t get even one video to play. Have tried everything, turning off my phone, deleting background apps, checking storage, changing connection. Nothing works. Really irritating, without the free gold option or spending a ridiculous amount of money the game is unplayable

Yes and yes to both issues. The duelling is a frustrating one as those duels which quit the game suddenly are still sent as a challenge with a nil score so effecting the overall duel points. I've sent the feedback to customer service but they had no fix. May have to wait for the next update which could be a while

No, your upgrades will remain. However the ingredients change each week meaning there will be new items to upgrade next week.

Having this problem in Lucky Langoustine after the Carne update. Whole app crashes whenever I attempt to play a level or initiate a duel in this map.

Turns out this is happening in the restaurant itself also so when the wishelin inspector came today I was unable to serve him and lost my wishelin star. Cannot play lucky langoustine at all. Had created a group goal also that cannot be completed. When they finally fix the S&S glitch we then get stuck with something worse…

Mine keeps freezing/crashing almost every time I attempt to get the free gold offer. I watch an ad and then the screen goes black and I'll have to reboot. Also my wishelin inspector just came and the game crashed after I finished the levels he was in and I didn't receive any of the rewards for serving him. Really…

Yes it works for spherified drinks and they are worth a lot with the boost. A really helpful one in this venue.

Running on an iPhone 6s. Been playing for a year now and have only struck this problem in the last couple of months. For example yesterday i watched the 8 videos but only was rewarded 4 gold. Used to work fine until recently

The bugs are getting really frustrating. I used to be able to watch 8 videos per day for 8 free gold, quite simple, now that's impossible. Every time I watch a video it either crashes the whole game or just doesn't give me the reward. Without the extra gold each day the game becomes really tedious to play.

I'm having this right now in Dubai, I've played the level multiple times and he's still a no show, really annoying. He showed up in the other 3 restaurants. And I'm serving all the customers every time too.

I've just had the inspector arrive and aside from not ordering his special dishes he's not showing up at all in Dubai even though he says he's there. Have tried refreshing the game etc. but he still doesn't show, annoying glitch. He was fine in the other 3 restaurants

I've noticed since the last update he now stays for 6 hours which is great because if he arrives in the middle of the night he can still be there in the morning. Although he's just arrived for me and says he's in Dubai but when I play the level he won't show up, annoying glitch.

If you don't serve all the customers then you get silver, serve them all and you'll get gold. If you 5 star with silver it doesn't seem to have any difference to getting gold other than the colour. Seems kind of unnecessary, but does encourage you to keep playing to make it look more aesthetically pleasing overall haha

The scoring being 10 points either way sucks too. No real sense of achievement anymore when you'd beat an opponent at a higher level than you.

I'm having the same issue. I ended up finishing the week as only junior cook when I should have won more than enough points to end a level higher.
