if this video issue doesn’t get addressed then I’m gonna quit the game and next week's vip event is gonna be my last. I'm not gonna spend an eternity collecting 10 stars just in hopes that some day I might be able to participate in one event! there are much better things to do and lots of other and better games to play by companies who actually give a f*ck about their players.
I could put my hands in fire that the fix wont be any sooner than the next update(if it even comes then). We are just not important and they wont compensate us for this wait or the fact that a lot of us cant even watch videos at all. They dont see any benefit from that and at this point i can only think this was done on purpose.

Thank you for including a new wider screen ratio in this new update Glu i appreciate it, now the game sits perfectly on my phone being a tall screen and nothing is cut out from the game anymore. Keep up the improvments. 👍

I’d believe it could’ve been, maybe they want us to spend more money on the game cause people aren’t giving them enough so they take our one advantage that we have without needing to buy k-stars away from us. and besides obviously it probably was otherwise this would’ve been dealt with by now, I’ve seen other company’s actually fix there game faster than this. Glitches, bugs and stuff like that gets fixed within the week on some games I play, I don’t know why Glu is taking their sweet sweet time when this is important. edit: that’s also not even the one part I find funny about this, they use days off as excuses lmao edit edit: if this company wants to be successful like many other successful companies out there then maybe they’d actually take our complaints into consideration and this company can just accept the L for the mistakes they made.

Agreed. However I think their plan will backfire. Lots of dolls said they are considering deleting the game, me included who started playing on day 1. They are literally pushing away people who have been loyal for 6 years to them. And honestly this video issue is just the last nail in the coffin since dolls who started playing like 2 weeks ago get free kollektions and 2 months of SYS TB with free diamonds and stars and items, and offers for a paid collaboration with the company.

I’ve always had 10 videos since I bought my first thing on this game in 2017, so I’m used to it by now and to be honest I didn’t know much that you could do 20 videos a day, I understand why other dolls would wanna delete it, I really do. And I would have loved that free kollection and all for sure, I was gonna quit myself a while ago but when the virus became a thing and with my moms issue that she has, she’s always in the hospital and with the loss of my best friend 2 months ago, this game just became an escape for me. I would quit but I just use it for an escape that’s all.

They discriminate between platforms too. Android free players still have their 20 vids a day. IOS dropped to 10 and facebook never had videos 🥴 It should be 20 videos for everybody. If you cannot offer that much ads, make Simon/Kim/Kalinda whoever call so they give the remaining k-stars, this will make everyone happy, players won't lose interest and it won't cost glu a thing!! Just make it fair to everyone.
Support just told me they aren’t fixing the issue until the next update... so that’s 300 stars we are missing out on about $30 of k stars for no reason. We deserve compensation.
i dont understand why its so hard for glu to give us a set login bonus of 10-20 kstars each day outside of the daily boxes and videos. almost every other game i play on a daily basis constantly has login rewards, special login bonuses, bonuses for those who login everyday for a set period of time. in this one game ive been playing semi-regularly since 2014, i can even feel a marked increase in ways to earn their version of kstars just by logging in and playing even for just five minutes! the cost of nothing has changed, but its become so much easier to afford purchases using in app currency that new players dont feel like theyre left behind by long term players. this is really not a novel thing to implement bcos a lot of ftp games that want u to play everyday do this.
