I'm excited about it. Louisiana is our neighbor but it's only been recently that more Mardi Gras stuff is popping up beyond beads. And hey, who doesn't love a reason to party?

Oh I hope we do start getting some weekday events!! I agree with you that the weekends is usually when I play the most, although I'm playing everyday. It's complacent playing. Mardi Gras, fashion week and valentines!!!! Sounds amazing to me!!

I heard it's usually 5 AM in California, hope I'm right? But in simple words, it'll start in 1 hour and 35 minutes. It'll be 3 PM here though, ideal for me.

Arrrrg this is so frustrating! Events usually start at 2am for me local time, so I usually set an alarm to wake up for a couple minutes to start a gig, party, date, whatever, just to get the ball rolling. But I can't stay up all night to wait for an event to be fixed! I hope we get some points or kstars as compensation for our lost time.
