I won TS without any additional tickets. How is that even possible?? The dress is absolutely stunning. I requested the skirt in the suggestion thread and I'm super happy how it turned out in combination with that stunning sparkly top. The hairstyle is super cute aswell!
It has been about one year since the first new SYS came out. My thoughts after playing every SYS, 35 total, without missing any of them:
Glu wants to make SYS like Covet Fashion, one of their top ranking games. Making #1 prizes exclusive works for Covet. Why would Glu ever change TS by giving #1 prize to more players? This is exactly what they want. They don’t care about what players want. They take suggestions selectively on what benefits the company most. Sure, give them dyes for top 3, that would ease some complaints for a while. 🙄 I’m done wasting energy giving suggestions to this company. Like all their dead games, they just want to squeeze as much $ as possible out of players before they kill the game.
This was one of the worst SYS events, besides Lana dress and VS Angel. I went shopping yesterday to keep myself away from checking TS. It worked. I feel satisfied with spending $ on real clothing items for myself. I should just go shopping every Sunday. 😂
Glu, if you are going to ignore our feedback, can you at least limit the amount of SYSs? One a week is way too much, and managing two weekend events every week is exhausting—especially because there are so many problems with SYS that make it not fun.
Two a month (every other week) would be more than enough.
I have to say I’m disappointed (but not surprised) that glu has not commented about the complaints this weekend. I thought for sure there would be some sort of comment or statement regarding the negative customer feedback even if they don’t plan on changing anything it would be nice to be acknowledged.

i really thought we were going to get answers because this thread was a disaster this weekend, starting from the hacking fiasco to the tickets bundle that was available this event, a lot of players once again shared so many good ideas and for what? to get ignored?
Wow. After such a tumultuous SYS weekend no response from Glu? Well isn't that nice. Nice to know they are ignoring their long time customers. Excellent customer service (sarcasm).
I think the radio silence is because if they address one (of the many, many) issues from this weekend then it'll be a question why all of the major problems aren't adressed.
There's only so many times they can say they're looking in to something or listening to feedback but have no results to show.
Saying that, giving no information or acknowledgement just encourages speculation. For example... i'm now speculating that certain persons have immunity to consequences to hacking because of free advertisement they give to the game and an easy way to gauge people's engagement with the game. I'd speculate that there's little to be said about how awful TB tensions are and the inordinately high numbers of TBs this weekend because the Triple Threat bundle will now appear every weekend, so the fights are a necessary evil to Glu. And finally i'd speculate that somehow the compensation for lost k-stars (which has been done before and with relative speed) will definitely not come before Black Friday, if at all.
Saying that, the tiniest thing that could be done is a statement about the gold dye and k-stars that weren't received when SYS prizes were collected. Since that was supposed to be a perk of this update, that there are more prizes to be won. And then there wasn't.
What are glu supposed to say? Sorry we sold tickets? I’m just confused what people want?
How about “Sorry for treating you all like idiots and never listening to any of your suggestions on our official suggestion forum which was most likely created for our loyal players to voice their opinions and give feedback on how to better our game to ensure fair and equal gameplay for everyone” 🤡🤡🤡.
Edit: Also, it’s not JUST about the tickets??? There’s a literal hacker who has been granted permission by GLU EMPLOYEES to continue to stay on the forum and no action has been taken against her.
@KalindaKing Unfortunately for you and the rest of the Glu employees, we SAW your personal message regarding a hacking player. We’re ALL expecting an answer as to why you allow @AmeliaKKH to continue to stay on the forum when you are fully aware of her actions. She should be banned just like every other hacker that has been exposed on this forum. Your hypocrisy is quite ridiculous.
I came in 3rd place, but did not receive my dye. I sent a ticket and was told to exit then relaunch the game. I did that several times and I still didn't get my dye. Now I'm waiting for a response.

It seems like the missing dye issue is being handled privately, I got a message asking for my game ID. So if you didn’t say in the forum you were missing yours, don’t wait for a widespread fix, contact Glu so they know you’re affected too.

Then she never should have turned a blind eye to a hacker. I’ll be honest...I feel betrayed as I’m sure many others here so. Glu has done shady stuff but never in a million years did I see this coming. Honestly the sooner she addresses it the better. I don’t think this sort of thing is going to disappear, tensions will only continue to rise the longer the silence lasts.
I don't know why but I kinda feel they just will ignore the issue and pretend that never happen "next week they will focus on another sys problem" but at least for me I will not stop talking about this, until I get an answer about why some Glu worker (in this case Kalinda) is pretending that a hacker its not a hacker.
