Go to the top left corner of your game screen and tap the 3 lines to access Options. Then tap help and then tap Customer Care. (Include your screenshot, ask if they can lend hand.) Ok, bad pun. I like the necklace we get from the storyline but I have to ask, is my doll supposed to throw it into the ocean 84 years from now? Also I might have saved the weekly outfit for VIP if I could get the hair on it's own.
