Honestly with the lack of support coming from customer care and the fact that all the events other then slayer are gone..I'm thinking it's dead..I'm just playing until the lights go out..
the only thing we as disgruntled consumers can do is to try and inform the masses of our experience with the so called customer service and Glu themselves..write reviews on the games..post in other game groups...spread the word about your and everyone else's poor treatment and bad service..let your voice be heard..or…
the problem was finally solved..The party involved had to go through Amazon Japan and get a refund. Glu customer service never replied to him. Thanks for trying to help [RR]Sage..

I shall inform the affected party..I'm curious though as BigusDickus has sent in tickets over the last few weeks regarding his gems and never received any type of reply from Glu customer service..He is in Japan..do you think that his location may have something to do with the problems he is having.. Are you banning IP's or just names..on some places where i admin I usually ban both and the email..that sometimes helps unless they use a proxy server and have multiple emails.
I agree with most of what you said..banning an entire country might be a little extreme though..getting a response from the powers that be is extremely difficult..from what i can tell there are maybe two active super admins here..and they have their hands full..we've trying to get help over on the Blood and Glory Immortals…
Sorry to hear that Harlene..only thing I can recommend is submitting tickets..over and over..eventually you'll get a response from Benecio or Ahab or one of the billion other extremely apologetic customer service reps...
