I have this issue too. Every other part of the game seems to work, however, upon attempting to enter the battle with the Minotar, the game comletely crashes back to the home screen on the phone. Keep us updated on your progress. Today, my mage is fixed! I am excited to have her back, but am still disappointed with the very poor, and slow customer service response, and the extreme difficulty involved in actually talking to ANYONE.

My mage is fixed!!! Woohoo!!!! I immediately killed Netherborn, and reloaded the game to make sure. It is fixed!

This is the answer guys. Hit em in the wallet. I have stopped spending money, and won't spend another PENNY until this game is fixed, and if they choose NOT to fix it, then I will find a game made by another company and will NEVER use Glu games again.

Mine has been locked since the update to 3.0 I submitted a ticket on the 10th. Today is the 29th!! Still no fix.

The support is my issue. Why should I have ANY interest in ANOTHER Glu game? We can't get a straight answer on anything in the current game. Why should we believe that a new one will be any better? Same programming team, same support system.
