I joined instagram last week, and from what I can tell people are in the same boat as us. Some people have the event but a lot of people don't.

Results of the poll I've made in vk.com group: 5 iOS and 7 android games got the event, 38 iOS and 27 androids didn't, hope that helps.

This is great thank you. It puts it into perspective. As usual, so very happy to take this glitch with the rest of the sufferers. It makes me feel like we're all in this together. (But did it have to be all 3 of my babies? JK)

I hear you...I started an 8hr gig before work just in case, I should be able to finish on my break, but hopefully we are lucky and get the event soon so we can reap the rewards!

I wonder why this started happening because the other TB boxes started without problem up until last week, right? Did the update fuss with the mechanics??

They did alter the model at the end of the last event. The only thing we know that is different is the buyable tb box at the end. I started a glitch sign in here. You can post your game details, and watch there for any info.

We'll all have to hustle a little more, but I'm sure we'll be playing in no time. WITH the event.

Yes, true, unfortunately. it would be nice if they extended it slightly for the players who did not get it at 5am EST but that's probably not going to happen.

Here's a thought, I just did a quick date now, so I won't be interrupted during my grind once the event gets here. I've found when I go ask for a date without being called, I often grab a one hour. So.....off to do an unrequested date with the other games. I HATE being on a grinding roll, and getting the wussie "I missed you, lets hang out". I swear, if the call came, and spouse said "Every minute we're apart, my heart breaks a little more. Can I see you?" that would have so much more class.

Anyway...think about a quick date. DOn't take anything long,

No, the 'schedules' for events and things are done in advance, and if things get cut off or start late, they can't adjust to it. Once, when the Androids were down for most of the first day, we got some benefit, I'm thinking it was stars. But I'm sure there won't be an extension. No fretting, we'll get through this.

Had to come out of lurking because I just got the update (maybe half an hour ago) but still no throwback event. I think that's even more weird than nothing at all?

I'm playing on an IPad Air.
