Aww, i am so sorry. And you're right. My absolute biggest dream would be an jpdate that resolved the issues. The loading and entry to the game, the freeze. Any other game threatening things.

I am heartbroke - just got word from customer care after looking into my game ID that my save file is corrupt and I would need to start all over again with a new game and character....all they would do is restore my purchases...
3 years of gameplay just wasted - marriage, two babies, all levels, houses, cars - gone...
I can't start over - what if this happened again at some point?

I know for me a "dream come true" is not some business that my sim is not going to have time to run when she has 5+ story lines and goals. Whatever business it is will probably cost x amount of k-stars. As far as this and future updates go, I keep hoping for a Golden Retriever, that red convertible, Pasadena and Burbank in the CA travel menu, Golden Gate Studios in San Francisco, new VIPs, a So Glamm eventsequel. Not to mention this old VIP, I'm sure there are players who want it, and since they want to nickel and dime players, then offer it to everyone and give us the exclusive story lines as well. I also keep hoping for Ryan Starr as a manager, why the hell was that option ignored with this update. It was nice to meet RT but it looks like the best he can do with his "professional skills" is send my girl on a wild goose chase for a trophy and book her a guest spot on some obscene sketch comedy show.

Aww Kaja, I'll so sorry. I hope you decide to start again, and send the receipts so your starshop purchases can be restored. This is very sad, and I feel bad for you and any lost game. Take a few days and decide if you must, but please give the game another chance.

I think an update will do us all some good. I know a lot of members feel the glam and knockout outfits haven't been as plentiful lately, I've read a lot of comments about that. But I know the reason I'm not changing as much is because of the freeze. I literally have a case of the left hand not seeing what the right one is doing. because to me, my Androids are like a doll in each hand. At least Z froze in a new outfit, the cute pajamas with silver flats. It's like she's not getting dressed till Kat gets out of that PREfacechanges image of April 2016....which is what she was frozen in till August. I love that outfit but for the love of heaven and the game, I want to burn it. We DO need a GoodWill Bin. Get that evil dress out of Kats waredrobe...and the so glam eyes that worked on the preCustomization she now looks like that face in What's the Matter with Baby Jane. Oops...whatever happened to Baby Jane.

Uhm.. I opened the game because I was excited to see the clothes inspired by the streets of Seoul but like I'm not really sure if they've ever even looked at a picture of Korean street fashion. I mean, I don't want to be rude but it's a little insulting..
