  • There is no fix to be done as there are no failures from our end as far as this specific issue is concerned. What happened here is that your account got disconnected from the social media you have been using. You just need to reconnect it. Just login with the account that you initially used. that;s about it.

  • Check your connection to the internet. this is most likely the game cannot talk to the server. last resort close the game and remove from memory then start it again.
  • Hello, thanks for your message. Usually there is a notification below the "try again" that tells you why you are getting this error. For example when we are under maintenance it will display this: Just try again later when the maintenance is over. Hope this helps!

  • You need to contact Customer Care from within the game. From your main screen, tap on the question mark Icon and review the FAQs that explain how to submit a ticket.
  • What device are you using? iOS or Android? this is most likely a glitch from the offer company. btw you can't get charged for anything unless you initiate a purchase and type in your password for the app store in question, glu does not have access to your payment info, this is all done from your device.
