In most games the classes go by actual performance and not the "intent" of the car. But the devs would ultimately class it according to their own standards for balancing the game and likely would not be taking input on that anyways.
Big gaming is on Windows because of market share. Jut like mobile gaming is on Android because of market share. It doesn't even make business sense to develop AAA games for Linux because of their microscopic market, even if it was the best gaming platform. Similarly there is no way around being on Android of you want your…
Don't higher SC racers cause higher SC loss/gain in races? If he has 1bill SC and you loose to his hacked cars, won't you get a disproportionate hole ripped in your SC?
Anyone who played Gran Turismo should know what it is. Or watched Initial D, although that's probably not as mainstream. Don't forget the Honda Beat and Autozam AZ-1 of the same period and similar specs. The AZ-1 was even mid-engined! I'd disagree about C class by the way, the things were very quick but also very far from…
If you weren't prepared to lose the car you shouldn't have pinked it. Anytime a pinks race looks like it's a sure win, it probably is. For the other guy.
Forza 4 managed to get a Porsche pack as DLC. But it was by far the most expensive of their DLC and I doubt Glu has the clout (or cash) to cut one-time deals like Microsoft can.
You receive gems because you're putting your info out there to receive junk. As for anybody getting credit, it's been very hit and miss for me and others have posted numerous complaints about Fyber as well. If you click the "?" in the offer wall, it will list all of the offers they acknowledge you've started, and the…
Well, your using a phone that the game doesn't run well on to start with. The problem is more than likely your overclocked system and/or insufficient RAM. I know you mentioned speeding up the swap file, but for performance there is no way to supplement system memory in the same manner as the physical RAM capacity. Your…
I lost one of my 2000 STIs to a 300ZX too. For a long time I thought the STI was the fastest C class. But the 300ZX took me out like it was a bad joke...
You say they didn't do a CPU stability test, Im sure they did it a lot. I think the bigger problem lies in the market. Its not normal or expected to list recommended specs or system requirements, which would be handy in a market where apps can be downloaded to 800mhz phones and 2.5ghz phones all the same.
That's interesting. I race in off-peak hours in the lower rated lobbies, so there's usually not enough people to sort such a way, so I would have never noticed this. At least not anytime soon.
I lost my max'd Viper GTS-R recently. Not such a great car but loads of time invested in maxing it out w/o gems. I'll stick to pinking the slow cars. I have an M3 GT2 but whenever I have the time and money to Max it I'm definitely not going to blow it in pinks unless I start banging out consistent WR times.
If I'm tuning to a lobby and don't need TONS more power I'll do supercharger. For Max I do turbo, although I haven't taken the time to see if a supercharger gives a better power:weight ratio on different cars.
They already give you the dyno chart with power and torque curves, and the vehicle rating can be used to determine how fast it "should" be able to run. For example, at 1640 you should be able to hit 11.000 or lower.
I like the tournaments. I haven't had any issues, except for getting 'stuck' once. But a force-quit and reload fixed that. When the rooms actually fill up, it tends to be much better racing than what you find in the multiplayer lobby. Even better than the maxed lobby IMO.
I've got a Galaxy S5, one of the more powerful phones on the market. I get occasional hangs and slow-down, I only haven't put in a ticket because it hasn't impacted the races themselves. And free game? Some of the showroom cars go for $35 each, and the cost to replace the max'd Viper GTS-R I lost is about $200. To be…
When you talk about errors, you mean the parts have incorrect weight/power listed compared to what they actually install on your car? If that's the case it explains why my max tune on my STI Coupe failed me, as I calculated everything everything off of what the total p/w was displayed to be after install, rather than what…
http://forums.racingrivals.com/rivals/discussion/199409/rumbaars-racing-rivals-offline-tool-honda-civic-si-edition#latest Just saw this which I'm sure you've seen by now, doesn't calculate rating but its a great starting point.
The rating is calculated off the stats I'm pretty sure, but we don't know the formula. Its pretty easy to see how one part effects the rating, then make a good guess to get really close with the others without having a spreadsheet spell it out for you. Parts with seemingly uselessly small improvements like differentials or…
