We're starting a little early.....because we have some info.
As rumored, we indeed have a VIP weekend.
It's a VIP Event with Bonus Stars!!!!!!
And, there will be a new outfit available for a limited time.
I'm thinking a Kim's pick type of thing, but boy would it be nice for guys to get something too.
The Kendall and Kylie Game's Easter Hop starts tomorrow, but our event begins at the normal time on Friday.
And.....the only Bunnies you'll see are here in our event thread, because word came down our
jam packed Event Weekend is NOT Easter themed.
So there's the long and the short of it. All we do now is wait for glimpses of the clothes. If you find anything please post it. And remember, the game's not doing Easter, but seriously...
We're not going to do a 2 Weeks Till Income Tax event, so it's still the Bunny Hatch around here.
Plus......we have all these freakin chocolate bunnies in the basement. Everyone's gonna get a choc bunny, you just have to come here to get it.

Darn it, I was just out, and I didn't do the gift cards. I guess I'll go out again, because after the last Kims Pick,I haven't refueled. lol. Very excited about the Stars, VIP stars and Clothes. Besides, the Easter Bunny is playing with K&K this year. So let's turn those frowns upside down. How about a little party music?
Don't feel bummed, been there done that with the Easter Bunny last year. I'm anxious for the clothes, and the stars. I have pets to buy, and darn it, I just might get the helicopter for Z, shut that little Android up once and for all.

As for the VIP event, I hope we're offered something good! I have quite a few stars saved up, and I didn't like any of the items in the last VIP event, so I only spent enough stars to get the gift box
You think the game is possibly near its end? I think they're squeezing us because of the loser KPP, and maybe a failing K&K? Not sure what's going on with K&K--a huge rip off I think we're paying for as well--since I had to delete the game a week or so ago, but there's a huge squeeze there. Items cost wayyyyyy too much, so if you want K-gems, the price is ridic on top of that; I mean, c'mon! Then there's the squashed, non-landscape view. Bare minimum of tappables. The h e l l of anything you want to do...LOADING...LOADING...LOADING...LOADING... No. SICK of LOADING. Then it's an even bigger power suck than KKH--really, I do *not* want to have to charge my phone five times a day! I'd decided I'd wait to spend real money on the game, to see how things went. And they went...right off my phone. I have no clue about the Britney game, not a "person of interest" (heh) to me, but I'd be pretty sure there's prob a noose around some necks for the Taylor Swift game to be a success. What's going on here--is causing me to play less, and spend my money a lot less. If you don't give people at least some of what they want, they're going to walk, end of. There seems to be some real management issues going on, and a lack of understanding on how to play the game. And I don't mean the lack is *us*. We play just fine. They. Do not.

There was no Chanukah event; all of the holiday events here that I've seen have been Christian. Jeez, even every Disney Main Street puts menorahs in building windows in the parks. Aside from that, I love pretty much every holiday, and I was really hoping/expecting to see Easter here. It's definitely a disappointment. Like, what's with that anyway??
But I'd love to see decorations or an event in KKH tied to Hanukkah or a Muslim holiday or Hindu holiday, etc. For instance, I just saw all of these pics yesterday of Prince Harry (yum!) in Nepal celebrating the Hindu holiday, Holi. From Wikipedia: "Holi is a spring festival in Nepal[4] and India, also known as the festival of colours or the festival of sharing love. Holi celebrations start on the night before Holi with a Holika bonfire where people gather, sing, dance and party. The next morning is celebrated as Rangwali Holi - a free-for-all carnival of colours, where participants play, chase and colour each other with dry powder and coloured water, with some carrying water guns and coloured water-filled balloons for their water fight."
I had never even heard of Holi before yesterday, and it sounds amazing!
I was really looking forward to participate for it since I'm haven't been playing this game from the very beginning.

We've had event Party thread themes that didn't correspond with game theme. Let's think about this,
Did you ever think that they're trying to establish things in K&K that we've already done, We're the big Sisters and Brothers. That game is still learning to walk. And, can you imagine the confusion for some people who are playing 2 'similar' games trying to keep it all straight if the same Easter theme was going on in both?
I don't think it's going to affect our weekend. Lets wait and see what the event is before we go crying foul. If it's less than WOW, then we can pout and P and M. Has anyone gotten the little mini update yet?
ETA: I was typing while Ticisss posted. I forgot all about that InstaG Page. Can we find it? We can start seeing if we missed something.

OMG exactly!! I always wonder by the replies I get if the support staff who answer me even play this game and know how it works lol. Even when I explained things in basic terms they still get confused.
And I am super sad thst it does seem like they are doing less things to the game. It seems I joined in the tailwind of the game so everything is so unexciting compared to years past... Like the FIVE (5) Kstars as a Christmas gift, clothing that doesn't seem so festive compared to the holiday, and no extra things like spouse giving you a valentines gift, or anything. Really sad.
I love that the forum is so diverse and we get to chat to people from all over the world and learn about different cultures and traditions, it's one of the reasons I love it here
For instance, for the last 2 years since I've moved back to the Uk near my sister and her family, it's became a tradition that I help my little nephew make his Easter bonnet and t-shirt for his Easter fair
I'm disappointed that there's no decorations in the game, but I understand Koko's reasoning that since we got it last years, Glu is probably concentrating on KKG instead of making a replica of last years KKH event. Let's just decorate the forum instead and hope for amazing new items this weekend!
