Eh, not excited with this palette. I didn't chase the montana jacket for a reason. Its not awful just probably won't wear it much. More sunglasses.
SUPER upset with this last palette! Tapped away to get to 600 and 3 BEAUTIFUL dresses I would have been ecstatic to get and haven't seen in my palettes yet! Instead I got two black purses right next to each other. Boo. By this palette maybe I should start choosing from the top row. Oh well, I like getting purses but now I have quite a few black and gold ones.
Overall I LOVE that we get these midweek events! Looking forward to this weekends event!
Double posting but saw this post and could not stop laughing!! Too funny! I won these shoes in the TB last week or maybe it was the week before. Definitely not a favorite shoe in the closet..

My mind went to Roger Rabbit cartoon shoes lol.
I got the Andre camo jacket / catsuit in my first throwback box. I love it. In honor of Andre and his robes, I shall now call him Fashion Gandalf.
My second box however, I got rolled up pants. This is perfect, because now I have something to wear on laundry day, or doing household chores.
I'm trying to convince Xavier to hold at least one of our merchildren while I fix the plumming. He's got it clogged with hair gel and scales again =/
If only he didn't demand so much expensive wine, or actually go to work we could afford to hire a guy to do it.
I managed to finish the event since I was off work yesterday and had more time to grind! Tbh the items were meh..I was close to getting the queen of hearts dress but no luck! Can't wait to see what this weekend brings!
Nai, my iOS started loading with that loading bar spinning like a slot machine in Vegas. I thought my game was gone. This happened yesterday afternoon, and it took a good 15 minutes of trying. Shutting down, whatever. ANd I don't know if this is connected, but each time I've had some kind of GB to open, the daily, and before that a throwback..the palette was frozen. I could tap till I was blue in the face. Each time I had to fully shut down, turn off, reboot, and then when the game opened up on the palette again, only then was I able to tap and open a box. I just thought it was my game being quirky, but my loading was faster and all over the place -30/64/89/12/54/ etc. spinning all over the palce rapidly. I didn't even screenshot it, I was just in a panic.
Then I too noticed the game super slow. I went onto MAcworld and followed the 12 steps to speed up lagging apple devices, and it helped somewhat. I guess naturally you rebooted again? Do you want to try those iOS tipss? I didn't give it another thought till I just read this from you.
Anyone else have an errant loading meter and whacky behavior?

Yeah I'm pretty sure the only hair I've seen offered in any of my palettes is antler hair. It's a shame because there are so many gorgeous styles I'm missing and I would loveloveloveloveLOVE to win some new hair. Maybe next week...

But hey, Glu--we definitely want throwback hairstyles, please, and we really want them a lot. Of the offerings so far, the hair accoutrements are not removable: and that's a very valid and reasonable problem here, we really don't want hair with hats. Or horns. I do, though, want so, so much the hair with the starfish--a non-head-covering embellishment; it's just a hair clip. I'm probably the only one who would throw a party if I got the hairstyle with the starfish clip, I want it *that* much! But look: why are we being offered a chance on only Halloween and Xmas styles? At the heart of it, yes, those only with the Halloween and Xmas themes are what's on--very rare, thank god--offer and are a far cry from what we're hoping you could--would--give us, because silly hats are 99.999% useless for us; they aren't the ones we want at all. Oh, also I saw in someone's posted palette the Little Red Riding Hood hair. More Halloween costume. We would love for Glu to add several--or at least *some*--of the great "normal" hairstyles many of us have missed. I wonder what it could possibly mean that we have no throwback boxes with hair. I mean, Wolf and Butler, so many of us are dying for the style your doll is wearing in your avvie pic, for one--very important.:) As Zoe would say, "Wherr da hurr?"???

AppleP just got the shorter (shoulder length) hair that came with the Glam Event. I'll post a pic later. I saw the Red Christmas gown in 2 of my boxes this event.....didn't get it, but I'm getting closer. No sign of the Green StPats in either of my Androids. But hair is around. You just have to wait. It takes ti-i-i-ime girl, but everything is give and take ..oh you can't hurry hair. No you just have to .....ok, I don't know the words. Change Love to Hair in the song and it works for me. There's more Event hair I'm hunting down.
Anyway.....morning dolls. 1 android needs 40 points to finish. The others are done. I think since they put the Black Box in place of a Throwback, 600 is just wrong. I'm glad they said it was testing. I think we should make suggestions, And finally, from this rambling mind.....any thoughts on what tomorrows event might be? As for the speculating... I was thinking it might be a dating event, but now with Norths birthday that would be a bit weird. So I'm thinking birthday party as well. It would make sense and we haven't had a party event in a while.

So it took me longer than normal to complete the event I kept getting distracted and was at concerts but I finally did it! Here's what I won in my boxes. I mean I'm pretty happy with what I won a bit disappointed in the earrings but I could of won worse. Hope everyone else is happy with what they won

These shoes are the type you buy it and forget at your wardrobe for 10 years and finds its while looking for something else and think 'Wow, what's that from? It's brand new!' Then you get what you were looking for and forgets it for another decade lol

Dear Lord, the mouse-shoe trolls have armed themselves! Detective Foot! Please hurry, they're coming for me, it's an emergen-- Ahhhhhhhh!!!!!! crunch, munch; they give her a pedicure, choose a dark OPI classic polish shade, I'm With Brad; crunch crunch; they steal all the socks in the house; maniacal laughter, footless shoes stuffed with socks running all around the house, munch crunch munch...wait, what? Is someone--*something*--ordering a pizza?? Como se llama! they demand! Donde esta su casa?! (Pizza delivery man needs to know) Los gatos escriban en la agua! (What??) Su perro es en la bibliotheca! Aiiiiiii! Los malos zapatos come running out with a blow dryer pointed straight at Garrett! He grabs Cherrey and lifts Ian from her arms and shoves them in the BMW, skidding and swaying at 90 kph, the police not far behind in their Crown Vic. They head for Cherrey's jet at Galeao International Airport; the police providing a private escort. Cherrey's burly security team holds back the reporters and cameramen, all the fans, and they quickly board and hastily take off for the new home in Cannes. Having a girly pink c o c ktail with plenty of vodka, Cherrey tightly holds baby Ian, she and her husband, martini in hand, gazing at each other, wondering sadly, angrily, if they'll be running from the shoes for the rest of their lives. In my black box I got a snoozer of 30 energy.
In my first throwback box I got this shirt:
It's not really my style, and I probably will never wear it. At this point I'm thinking this event is not going to go well.
In my second throwback box I got this black gown:
Also not my style, also will not probably wear. Now I'm sure this is not my week for a good event.
Last, but finally not least, in my third throwback box I got this SUPER cute romper.
This is totally my style and reminds me why I work hard at these events!
