At this point I'm so annoyed that I don't even care what items are available to buy with diamonds. Glu had a choice of what to replace with diamonds. Either Kstars, which are hard to earn and expensive to buy, or energy, which is the only automatically replenishable "currency" in the game. Or they could replace cash which can be useful but is so easy to earn that having it as a prize isn't necessary. But no, they chose get rid of Kstars so more players purchase them with real money and keep energy which we have said time after time is a pointless prize. It's the only thing in the game we earn freely!
I understand it's a business and they want to get all the money they can get before the game is done. They could have still made diamonds hard to win and the items expensive and kept Kstars as prizes! That way you have some people willing to spend money on diamonds and not have people who actually put money into this game month after month feel betrayed. We all know games like this exist to earn money but you can have money grabs that aren't so blatantly obvious and disadvantageous for devoted players.
I have played this game since it was released. Lurked the forums often, but did not engage until recently. I am happy that we can express our opinions openly and honestly. Â Disappointed at how the game is turning out. Spent my time, my money, and I got carpal tunnel from all the Gosh Darn tapping I have had to do and this is how Glu rewards us on what would be the 5th (?) anniversary?!

Wow the way that Kalinda’s last post was written really rubs me the wrong way. To call this a “rant” is really trivializing their consumer’s feedback on a very disappointing situation. Yes, we are angry and we have EVERY right to be. I don’t think Glu gets it at all.....
They don’t get it and nothing is going to change. We’ll complain, they’ll say they’re taking it into consideration, then add another useless thing and pretend everything is fine. As always.

Can we plz and I mean PLZ see what the diamonds can buy us with. How much will 12 diamonds get us compared to 140? I don’t want to wait to see the prizes I want to know how much I can buy with diamonds right now so I know if I should save up to get some.
Seriously though, what? I love this game, we all love this game, that’s why we are still here! We got on board with the money pit kollections even though it’s frustrating that kash and energy are prizes and all the best designed stuff is saved for them; we got on board with new SYS even though trendsetters is whack and it’s long, stressful and tiring. I check this forum everyday and love the people here and it seems like the same things are asked for over and over yet are ignored in favour of new complicated ideas no one really asked for. I know that I would spend real money if glu added throwback items and rotated more SMS and FG but no, I get months of the mario eyes. I would spend money on kollections if I knew every prize was worth the cost (50 stars costs ÂŁ5 and these kollections average out about 700 to finish..ÂŁ70!!!!! and you want to put energy and kash in there?!) I’m sorry but no way! With the offers disappearing and businesses paying out 3 stars or something and even with Simon calling 3 times a week with star gigs, you can’t earn enough to even buy eyebrows so literally the only way to complete kollections is to spend big money or be a hacker. I know there are people paying, Ive paid so much into this game because I love it but it has to be fair, come on. Get rid of energy and kash OR make more stuff kash purchasable. It’s either a worthwhile prize in which case more stuff should be available like a kash kollection, or it’s not in which case why is it still in boxes. At the moment it really really isn’t worth anything so putting in $4000 is RUDE. What can that buy? Honestly tell me, what can that buy? I am really confused and tired you guys.
