Starting cost is 125 and average vault is 1800. I find it less expensive to take a loss rather than chase a low level opponent.

I've gone five trades to avoid a red opponent and still get one. One can quickly run out of diamonds at lower levels. I've also found a good trade off that I mention in "Tactics 101". I also don't chase the points in Globals. I collect diamonds for building and live with the results. Grin!

Med kits? Who uses med kits. I've discovered to accept the defeat against overpowered opponents. The next four or five will be green or white level and easily defeated. Also take a defeat every few days on campaigns, you get a med kit for a video. Bonus!

So let's simplify this for newer players: No Tesla allowed. Short range is sentries, juggernaut, guards and player. Long range is a guard, sentries, juggernaut, remaining guards and player. Sound right?

Having been listening to the gurus, I can attest to their truth. My current weapons are 5.5 assault and sniper half upgraded. My base is 5.2, first level upgrades in four categories. iOS uses the home/power combo. There could be something similar with the Galaxy S5.

It does pose the curious question of raising drone power to the point where "little me" (I'm thinking RD2?) can take out a match opponent without my doing anything. What will the GLU computers do? Info as it comes to light. Huggles

I must disagree, oh wise one, on many items. My drone is now at power 500 with both machine gun and rockets that are just under 200 in power. I routinely go against unequipped drones at 200 power. I have not had any issues today, but I only get on for about 10-15 minutes at a stretch, then I am away for a couple hours. Worked for me. I offer a correction- current PvP cost at max health tier 3 is 55, not 65. It makes more sense with second choice at 110 and 165. Huggles

I am pursuing rapid growth back to tier 12. On a side note: at economy 3.2 you can be attacked via PvP with the current game version. This was not so with version 1. Darkstone was not attacked until I was tier 8 or 9, i don't remember. Huggles

At tier 1, PvP cost 30 diamonds, progressed to 45 and 55 during tier 2 and currently with a maxed tier 3 health the cost is 65. Current second choice is 110, 175 and 250 at my level. I don't recall the earlier second choice costs, but I will track in he future. Huggles

An observation from the bottom: as soon as the enemy drone appears, yours will focus on it. Kill it quickly and your drone will refocus on the player (bot). Huggles

Here is a comment I wish I had read before my trip. I tried the backup/restore routine and iTunes destroyed the process. Hence Darkstone died and Raylina had to be born. I'll be posting statics and observations as I rebuild. Huggles

I have had instances of drawing the same opponent multiple times within a short period of time. If my attacks are quick enough on a global level it may appear on their battle log as twice in a row. I would share a scene shot but that has been lost. Huggles

10 Months gone. I tried the backup/restore option. The new iOS required an iTunes update, the iTunes update will backup the iPad, but not recognize that it is connected to allow a restore.
