I've got the same problem in Gun Bros and BigTime Gangsta. On a total of 30 friends which owns the game, i can see only 4-5 of them. Alredy done a ticket a week or so ago but no response so far.

I can actually go past the facebook window, i just choose yes as always and i get to the game but there it says i'm not logged in with fb. And on Big Time Gangsta i can't even see the fb window showing up, it just keep loading.

Hi Urka, i've not gone ahead in the story since some week because i'm waiting for the option to create a backup of the savedata but i have your same problem when i try to play the daily missions with 40 and 90 tokens as rewards. I have too a Galaxy Samsung SII. What's your android version? Mine is 2.3 (Gingerbread)

I've never used it because i'm playing with android so i can't help you much. I remember someone said in another topic that simply having iCloud is not enough. I think you must select the backup option in the game or in iCloud program (wherever is avaible).

If you saved your game with iCloud then you should be able to restore the save data on another apple device.

You should try to reinstall again. Even 2-3 times. If the problem doesn't solve then your best option is to open a ticket asking help to support staff. Checking the support faq may help too.

For iphone and ipad there has been the update with icloud support. Using that you should be able to restore the save data . For android there is nothing at the moment. I asked about it many times without getting any answers. I can only hope that in the next update we'll get something.

You should try another healer (if you have one at good level), just for that stage i mean.

Never used TapJoy but maybe they can give you a piece of paper which shows what you've done and the coins you did get from them. (We really need a way to make a backup of the save data. Too many people with too many problems. I wonder if it's worth to start a ticket asking it)

I think we really need a way to make a backup of the savefile. Whatever may be the reason, there is just too many people which is experiencing this problem and making a way to have a backup is certainly faster than checking every single problem. Mmm 15 shock grenades to do 50 kills on Haven. I think i could have done better but still worth it if i get 2 bros to do it. 32 coins used (5 grenades left) 8+16+40 reward Let's hope well. All what i can say so far is "VASHIE FOR PRESIDENT!"
